The Bridge is always looking for volunteers for our Youth Advocacy Mentoring Program. Mentoring is the single most effective way for a caring adult to positively impact a troubled child’s life.

If you have a sincere desire to help, an open heart and the willingness to share your time with a deserving child, the Bridge wants you!

Volunteer mentors, or Youth Advocates as we call them, provide guidance, love, attention, and most importantly, time to at-risk youth ages 7-15.

After initial training, advocates are asked to commit to a one-year relationship with a child that includes weekly get-togethers and monthly meetings with other advocates.

Our mentoring program is open to children who live within the Palatine Township.

If you know a child who needs a mentor, or
would like to become a Youth Advocate,
please email the Bridge or call us at (847) 776-3730.

Be the bridge that safely guides a child through young adulthood.
