Mentoring / Prevention

The Bridge Mentoring and Prevention Program:

The Bridge Mentor Program is a prevention program for children age 11-15. Our unique and highly successful program pairs adult mentors one-on-one with youth and facilitates monthly activities for the larger group. Mentoring is a proven method of promoting social skill development and healthy decision-making by teaching through example. Mentors help at-risk youth develop a more positive outlook on their futures, improve academically, and get along better with their peers and family members.

For more information about enrolling a teen or child in the mentoring program contact us at 847-359-7490 or by email.

Current mentoring clients and their parents can view an activity calendar here.
