The Crisis Team provides 24-hour crisis intervention to runaway youth, youth who have been thrown out of their homes or are otherwise homeless, or youth who are beyond the control of their parents and pose a risk to themselves or others.
The goal of The Bridge Crisis Team is to preserve or reunify families whenever possible.
The Bridge Crisis service area includes the following townships: Elk Grove, Hanover, Maine, Palatine, Schaumburg.

After hours, call (847) 776-3720 to reach The Bridge answering service.
Following a crisis situation, the team will provide follow-up counseling, either directly or by referral.
