The Bridge provides comprehensive counseling and therapy services, specializing in the many emotional or behavioral problems facing children and families.

A few areas include:

  • Explosive or Emotionally Reactive Behavior
  • Family Conflict
  • Behavioral Disorders
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Attention Deficit Disorder / Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
  • Anxiety
  • Anger Management
  • Transition - divorce, death of a loved one, etc.
  • Eating Disorders
  • Depression
  • Substance Abuse
  • Other Issues - bed wetting, nightmares, etc.

The Bridge offers a variety of options to help children and families cope with the challenges they face. Child play therapy, family play therapy, individual counseling, family counseling, group counseling, parent education are a few of the treatment options.

On-site psychiatric consultation by a licensed psychiatrist is also available in cases where medication or hospitalization may be required.

Master's level counselors have the knowledge and skills to help parents and children strengthen their relationships and build healthier families.

No one is ever turned away because of an inability to pay. Fees are based on family income and financial situation.
