2. A maximum of 400 tickets that will be sold for either raffle. Any ticket and payments turned in after the closure of the raffle will be returned to the prospective buyers. All monies received for tickets shall be considered "requests" until recorded by The Bridge as a "purchase". All sales and purchases of raffle tickets shall be deemed made and effective only upon acceptance at the offices of The Bridge, 721 S. Quentin Road, Palatine, IL, or at the respective events, as defined in rule 7.

3. Completed entries must be in the possession of The Bridge (721 S. Quentin Road, Palatine, IL 60067) by 3:00 p.m. on August 2, 2006, for the Jamaica drawing and 3:00 p.m. on September 7, 2006, for the Cubs drawing, unless otherwise personally delivered to an authorized representative of The Bridge at the events by the time of the drawing.

4. If an entrant's check or credit card charge is dishonored prior to the drawing, the entry ticket will be declared invalid, losing its place in line as a request pursuant to Rule 2 and shall remain so until a new payment is received by The Bridge. All check or credit card charges found dishonored after the drawing must be honored. A $20.00 charge will be assessed for non-sufficient funds or stop payment checks. There shall be no refunds for any reason unless specifically provided for in these rules.

5. Purchasers of raffle tickets must be 18 years of age or older on or before the drawings take place (August 3, 2006, for the Jamaica drawing and September 11, 2006, for the Cubs drawing).

The Cubs ticket drawing will take place between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at The Bridge's 8th Annual Golf Classic on September 11, 2006, which takes place at Boulder Ridge Country Club in Lake in the Hills.  The Bridge reserves the right to decide in which order prizes will be drawn. The purchase of a raffle ticket does not entitle the purchaser entrance into either event.  Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be notified as provided in Rule 6.

8. Each raffle ticket purchased shall constitute an "entry" into the raffle, and the person to whom the raffle ticket is registered shall be the "entrant". More than one name may be stated on the ticket registration form, however the ticket shall be registered to the first name listed, who shall constitute the sole "entrant" for that ticket. The winning entrant shall be the "winner" of the prize. Payment to or delivery of any prize will be made to the "entrant." The entrant must supply his/her social security number if he/she is a winner. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to allocate a winning prize to other participants in case of a multiple entry registration, and the winning entrant shall hold The Bridge harmless in case of conflicting claims or disputes among multiple claimants.

9. The decision of The Bridge will be final and in its sole discretion in all matters pertaining to this raffle.
